At The Skin Fairy Nashville, we are committed to ensuring that your products arrive safely and promptly. Please review our shipping policy below for more information:

SHIPPING METHOD
We ship all orders via USPS Standard Shipping and occasionally via UPS Ground. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information to monitor your package.

PROCESSING TIME
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Please note that orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

SHIPPING TIME
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via USPS Standard Shipping. Delivery times typically range from 3-7 business days, depending on your location.

SHIPPING FEES
We charge a flat shipping fee of $5.00. Applicable fees will be displayed before you finalize your purchase.

LOCAL PICKUP
For our local customers, we offer the option to pick up your order at our Nashville skincare studio at 2020 21st Ave South, Suite 201, Nashville, TN 37212. Simply select "Local Pickup" during checkout, and we will notify you when your order is ready for pickup. Orders are typically prepared same day. However, please note our business hours.

LOST OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
We strive to ensure that your order arrives in perfect condition. If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us at hello@theskinfairynashville.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with USPS to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Return Policy

At The Skin Fairy Nashville, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return policy below for information on how to return products and what to do if your order arrives damaged.

We accept returns on products that are unused and in their original, new condition. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unopened, with all seals and packaging intact. Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@theskinfairynashville.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please note that you are responsible for the return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your account.

DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at hello@theskinfairynashville.com within 7 days of receiving your package. Include your order number, a description of the damage or defect, and photos of the product and packaging.

We will work quickly to resolve the issue, either by providing a replacement or offering a refund. In the case of damaged items, we may request that you return the product to us for inspection.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Please note that we do not accept returns on products that have been opened, used, or are not in their original condition. Additionally, gift cards and promotional items are non-returnable.

EXCHANGES
At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.
